3. What are your opening Hours?

Our office is open for business Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

4. How do I get the money once approved?

Monies are transferred to the customer's account or via chequing.

5. How can I access my loan balance?

You can access your balances by calling customer service at 876-633-0202 during business hours. You can also request a written credit letter or statement of account at an additional cost.

6. What is the interest rate?

Our rates are competitive with competitors

7. What is the amount your company lends?

The amount depends on the customers’ ability to repay.

8. What is your loan processing time?

If you’re an existing customer, you can get your loan same day. But if you’re a first-time customer you may have to wait 2-3 business days once all documents are submitted.

9. How long would I have to be employed before I qualify?

Customers are required to be employed for over a year to be qualified.
